Selbst die beiden Jungen in der Mitte des Bildes trugen schon die schweren Trommeln. Es gehörte schon eine große Portion Selbstdisziplin dazu, um während des Marschierens den Gleichschritt zu halten und auch noch im Takt zu trommeln. Nicht nur eine tolle musikalische Leistung, auch körperlich ein voller Einsatz.

Even the two boys in the middle of the picture were already carrying the heavy drums. It took a great deal of self-discipline to keep step while marching and also to drum in time. Not only a great musical performance, also physically a full effort.
