If you want to get promoted “sooner” rather than later, there are certain character traits that ALL managers, supervisors and bosses look for. If you demonstrate these traits you are sure to be promoted quickly, but if you do *not* demonstrate these traits then it’s likely you will not be promoted and in fact, it is likely that you may even lose your job!
