At 16:02 today the entire organisation where I am working was informed that there will be no salary review in 2015.
We were all informed via email, our senior management had no idea.
The communication states it is because we have almost zero inflation….really….
They also state that given the worlds current economic situation we are lucky to live in the country we do..
This has been issued when we are in the middle of some of our most challenging deadlines ever….with people working 14 hour days to meet management demands…I really dont think this will be good for morale – and could have been handled so much better with briefings.
