According to National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) 1, in 2015 around 1.8 million students were graduated and despite that the unemployment rate was nearly 12% during same year, this is due to lack of interpersonal communication skills. According to a survey by the Workforce Solutions Group 2 , over 60% recruiters have the that candidates who a for job lacks sufficient communication skills. This is due to the fact that our school and college education focusses on theoretical knowledge whereas they neglect to teach the essential soft skills such as communication skills and interpersonal skills. Communication skill is the ability of a person to share or exchange his/her thoughts, ideas or any other information to the other person in such a way that the meaning of that message/information is clear and understood. According to a study done by Pew Research Center 3 , the students were asked to choose one skill out of top 10 soft skills which they feel is most important to them and surprisingly 90% of students chose communication skills as their answer.
