If you want to achieve your goals, motivation isn’t enough. How many days have you woken up thinking, “I just don’t feel like it?” In those cases, you can attempt to raise your motivation… or you can just do the thing anyway.
The latter option requires discipline – which is completely separate from motivation. It is the mental quality – often called willpower – that allows you to practice self control, to work hard even when you’re tired, and to lean into discomfort rather than shying away from it.
So, if you want to improve your self discipline, and use it to build new habits and achieve your goals, then put the 6 tips I’m going to share with you in this video into action.
