November is considered National Career Development Month in the US. In the state of Virginia students in 7th grade are required to complete a career and academic plan to help with transitioning students from middle school to the high school. One tool that our counseling department uses is called Virginia Wizard. I also reference the 16 career clusters and pathways students can review when thinking about careers and occupations.
