Making decisions is also very important in my future life. This year I learned a new way to make proper decisions with I.D.E.A.L.
Identify: identify the decision to be made. What is the problem or situation that needs to be resolves?
Discuss: describe ways to solve the problem. List as many possible choices that may help the problem. Analyze your feelings and prioritize what or who is important to you. Determine what more you need to know.
Evaluate: evaluate each of the options. Write a pro and con list for each option. Think of everyone who is involved; choose the option that is better for you.
Act: develop an action plan. Act on the plan to use the best solution possible.
Learn: learn from your plan. Describe if you can learn from it, what you would want to change or do differently.
