The beautiful western golden hour light washes over Quinns, Montana as MRL’s night gas cruises through the mountains, hammering down west through the stunning scenery. Admittedly, we weren’t much ready for the train to take the 4th sub, instead expecting it to take the usual trip up over the 10th. Some innovative driving, and on the fly google maps research, along with some quick drone piloting, yielded some amazing shots on the lesser run line. We get some beautiful lighting here in Virginia, but nothing like golden hour out west.
